What a fabulous celebration for ADFAS Scone! On Tuesday April 13, the 30 Year Anniversary of this lovely society was honoured in style with a lecture on ‘Plants and People Who Changed our Gardens’ presented by Fiona Ogilvie, followed by a delicious lunch on the lawns of Scone Arts and Crafts. On display were magnificent albums documenting their history, with every single lecture over the past 30 years recorded with images and information covering special events and all the little snippets which make reading about ADFAS activities so interesting.  National Chair Sue Drummond, Lecturers Committee Chair Nan Robertson, Hume Circuit Coordinator Meg Larkin, and Chairman Mentor Elizabeth Campbell were delighted to attend the day.

Congratulations to Chair Kerry Cooke and her committee, and of course all past chairmen and committees – who started up the Society in 1991 and have served ADFAS Scone during the past 30 years. Well done!
