ADFAS Brisbane River is now in its twelfth year of lectures and provides a yearly programme of eight illustrated lectures given by six overseas and two Australian lecturers chosen for their communication skills and expert knowledge in their fields. Additionally three special interest events are held where topics are examined in more detail and excursions are arranged to places of artistic, cultural or historic interest.
An annual membership fee of $165 provides access to the eight lectures, which include morning tea, and to the special Christmas Morning Tea following the Annual General Meeting. Our special interest events are limited in attendee numbers and charged separately. The Special Interest Events are modestly costed at $55 each event which covers the lectures and refreshments. Excursions are also limited in numbers and charged separately.
Our Bulletin is published twice annually in January and June and copies are available upon request.
New members are always welcome; please contact the Chairman for all enquiries.
